My go-to diet aid: food choices

This is a big chart, but these tips have helped me lose 25 pounds (with 15 left to go.)

What’s missing here is alcohol. My doc challenged me on the number of units I consume per day and i’m committed to cutting back.

  1. Hmm… a lot of good tips here! Smoothies are great when you make them at home (with greek yogurt, kale, almond milk, and a little frozen fruit), but if you get the crap at Jamba Juice, it might as well be a candy bar!

  2. I agree, Amanda. I make my own smoothies with water, kale, 1/2 a frozen banana, some protein powder and flaxseeds. Plus a few frozen berries if I’m feeling my sweet tooth, LOL!
