Or more precisely, what are the settings of the books I’m reading?

I’ve started a Google map with the (main) location of each book I’m reading this year.  Some are kinda approximate, but I’ve tried to find the most representative location for each title.

Each placemark is identified with the title and author of the book.  You can click through the map to see a larger version.
